Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy is a holistic healing modality that employs various forms of sound, such as music, singing bowls, tuning forks, vocal tones, to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is based on the principle that sound vibrations can positively influence the body's natural frequencies, helping to restore balance and harmony. Sound Therapy is used to address a wide range of health concerns, including stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and sleep disorders.
